Refund Eligibility:
Refunds will be considered for Platinum Tier affiliates who have contributed $200 towards the ad campaign budget.
Refunds will only be considered if the affiliate's campaign has generated less than $200 in commissions.
Refunds will be processed only when the overall campaign is in a profitable state.
Refund Process:
To request a refund, affiliates must contact our affiliate support at info@kemstardominant.com within 30 days of the campaign's end.
Refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, taking into consideration campaign performance and profitability.
If the campaign generated less than $200 in commissions and the overall campaign is profitable, a refund of the $200 contribution will be processed.
